GAME TIMES & LOGISTICS:
-Friday: Coaches & Officials Meeting @ 3:30 p.m. Pool play begins at 4:00p.
-Saturday: NO MEETING, pool play begins at 9:00a.
Saturday ONLY Tournaments
-Coaches & Officials Meeting @ 8:30 a.m. Pool play begins at 9:00a.
You will need to submit an official tournament roster (AAU web roster preferred) at the coaches meeting prior to the start of play. Traveling teams with the first BYE that may not be in attendance for the coaches & officials meeting MUST submit their roster 24 hours in advance or face sanctions that may include, but not limited to dismissal, forfeiture, etc.
We will be verifying rosters. Please make sure coaches have AAU Membership information for both coaches and players on hand.
Age Waivers MUST be applied for & granted 24 hours PRIOR to tournament start time. Tournament start time is defined by the time of the Coaches & Officials meeting.
No more than ONE (1) Age Waiver will be allowed per roster.
Player in question must not be more than one (1) year older than division field.
Player(s) will NOT be allowed to participate if the preceding criteria are not met.
Teams/Clubs that abuse the use of an Age Waiver, as determined by tournament directors & officiating crew, will have their Age Waivers revoked and banned from participation in the SUVL.
Age Definitions as defined by AAU:
-12 & Under = Born on or after July 1, 2008
-13 & Under = Born on or after July 1, 2007
-14 & Under = Born on or after July 1, 2006
-15 & Under = Born on or after July 1, 2005
-16 & Under = Born on or after July 1, 2004
TOURNAMENT POOL PLAY (Rounds 1 & 2):
Warm up: 2-4-4.
Format: Best of 3 set. 25, 25 (CAP at 27), 15 (CAP at 17). 2 timeouts in the first two sets. Third set only 1 timeout. Round 1 determines pools for Round 2, Round 2 determines seeding for tournament bracket

Warm up: 2-4-4.
Format: Best of 3 sets. 25, 25, 15. NO CAP. 2 timeouts per set.
Medals will be awarded to the winner of each bracket.
Please have an AAU registered coach/adult court-side during reffing assignment at all times.

Pool Play: You will provide a work team (R2 [bottom ref], 2 linesmen, one score sheet, one libero tracker, one score-flip).
Bracket Play: LOSING team will work the following match.
SPECTATOR ADMISSION FEES:
There is not admission fee due to COVID. There is a limit on how many spectators can come into the building. Please see the COVID Protocol tab.
Parking: Please park in designated areas and obey all posted signs.
Seating: Limited seating available. You may bring your own chairs.
DO NOT SIT UNDER THE TOURNAMENT BOARDS & ON SPORTS COURT BEHIND SERVERS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE.
Food & Drinks: Outside food/drinks ARE allowed but NOT on the courts (water in secure bottles is OK).
**Please clean up after yourselves! Numerous trash bins will be available.**
